The British Colonial Hilton Nassau offers an array of recreational facilities, including a private beach, freshwater swimming pool overlooking the ocean, full fitness centre, lush tropical gardens, non-motorized water sports, snorkeling and scuba facilities and shops. The Azure Spa provides luxurious pampering, facials, massage services, manicures and a full hair salon.

Activities in Area:

A wide range of activities are available nearby including; bird watching, boating, horse-riding, fishing, golf, jet skiing, para-sailing, private planes, sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, tennis, water skiing and windsurfing. Gaming at the casinos and golf are also nearby.

Other easily accessible excursions include; swimming with the dolphins, powerboat tours to Exuma, the Ardastra Gardens and Zoo, the Botanical Gardens and a variety of historical sites and art galleries.

Nassau is excellent for duty-free shopping with good buys on cameras, watches, perfumes, jewelry, linen, wines, spirits and leisure goods. Local arts and crafts are available in the straw market.

Fly into Nassau International Airport (NAS) and take a leisurely 20 minute taxi drive from the airport. There is no jitney bus service to the airport.
